In the beginnings, at the vibrant heart of Austin's Barton Springs, ACENTO unveiled it’s culinary journey in April 2024. It started just as a food truck, where ACENTO captivated food experience born from a deep-rooted passion for reinvention, delicious flavors, second chances, and unwavering family support.
This venture is the brainchild of Chef Alexander Danon, whose culinary expertise has been perfected over decades, culminating in a desire to share unforgettable flavors with the world: especially his loved ones. Behind the scenes, there was Carlota bringing logistical genius and a pragmatic touch, ensuring ACENTO's success in every aspect.
Central to ACENTO's success was Carlo, the eldest son, who brought a wealth of service industry expertise. His meticulous management ensured smooth operations, incomparable creativity and exceptional customer service.
Adding a touch of artistry and innovation to ACENTO's identity, Rebeca, the daughter, appeared whose creative flair transformed everything, ensuring each aspect reflects the brand's bold and eclectic energy.
Through the journey, the family invented Tapas, bites, lunches, fine appetizers, and finally, Wine and Food pairings turning ACENTO into a food company that nowadays offers all types of food service. From Charcuterie tables, to events, to the most sophisticated way of presenting food with elegant wine and food pairings.
